Body Whispering Focus Class: Releasing The Past From Your Body October 2021



How much are you are still holding on to the past? Emotionally, cognitively and physically?

The effects of holding on to past experiences and pain may be present in your body as physical pain, in your mind as unhelpful or fear-based thoughts or beliefs or may present as patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving you.  These effects can surface in nuanced ways in your life and relationships, holding you back in many areas of your life.

In this class you will:

  • Understand how the past may still be affecting you in your body, life and relationships.
  • Identify and heal the emotional wounds we carry over from the past so that they won’t sabotage the present and future.
  • Recognise and clear repeated patterns, attractions and aversions to people or experiences that can be signals of our not healing and releasing the past.
  • Feel cleared, healed and empowered in your body and energy

True healing brings awareness and reconciliation at all levels of mind, body and energy between what has happened in the past and your present.  If you are still holding onto the pain, trauma or emotional baggage from your past experiences, your body will continue believing that the need for pain is still present, stopping you from a) truly healing and b) creating the future you desire.
